Mold Remediation after Sprinkler Failure

This home in Verde Valley, Arizona, had mold growing in the walls and floors following the failure of the owner's fire suppression systems. The sprinklers were flooding the home for a week before the problem was noticed, and when the house was inspected, it was also discovered that there had been a slow leak for several months. SERVPRO of Flagstaff/East Sedona was called in to do the mold remediation. Our SERVPRO Certified Technicians inspected the problem and then developed a plan for the mold removal. Other areas of the house were blocked off using heavy duty plastic, and we do this is to stop the spread of spores. Any materials that were affected by the mold were removed, and then our Technicians brought in our equipment that improves the air quality. Our SERVPRO Licensed Technicians take their time to ensure that the growth of the mold is stunted and that it will not grow or spread following our services.
